Greg Peckham
Executive Director
Greg Peckham joined CPA in 2002 to manage the public art master planning process for the Regional
Transit Authority's $170 million
Euclid Corridor Transportation Project. Through his work at CPA, Greg has a long-standing commitment
to cultivating emerging artists and designers within the Cleveland community. Prior to joining CPA, he worked as Assistant Director for
University Circle's Incorporated's Department of Community Development and Planning. Greg has also worked in public education and as a
legislative assistant in the Ohio Senate. He is a trustee of the
Community Partnership for Arts & Culture,
the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority's
Arts in Transit Committee,
and an advisor to the annual Cleveland Design Competition.
Greg is a graduate of Ohio State University and holds a master's degree from Case Western Reserve University.
Deanna Palermo
Director of Development & Marketing
Deanna Palermo came to Cleveland Public Art in January 2008 as the Director
of Development and Marketing. Prior to joining CPA, she served as the Associate Director of El Barrio, a program of the West Side
Ecumenical Ministry. Deanna has a bachelor's degree from Ohio University in History and a master's of Public Administration from
Cleveland State University. She lives in Cleveland's Little Italy neighborhood
Vince Reddy
Project Manager
Vince came to town in 1996 to work in the Cleveland Heights Planning Department, where he remained until
joining the staff of Cleveland Public Art in 2005. He loves Cleveland and its idiosyncrasies and would like artists to have a more pronounced
role in the city's ongoing reshaping. Vince, who lives in Cleveland Heights, has an undergraduate degree in social work from Rochester
Institute of Technology and a master's degree in urban planning from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Tiffany Graham
Project Manager
Tiffany Graham joined Cleveland Public Art in January 2003. As a project manager, she enjoys the
challenge of figuring out the best possibilities for a specific public space and finding the right artist or designer to bring the
project to life. She has also worked for the Civic Innovation Lab, which provides grants to social entrepreneurs in Cuyahoga County.
Tiffany, who lives in Lakewood, holds a bachelor's degree in English from Kenyon College and a master's of Urban Planning, Design, and
Development from Cleveland State University.
